Our Technology
ECU/TCU Handshake Synchronisation
We re-engineer the communication loop between the Engine Control Unit and Transmission Control Unit. Our tunes synchronise clutch clamping pressure with real-time torque output — eliminating micro-slip and shift-lag that plague other tuned vehicles.
Native OEM Integration
Our calibration data is deployed through a clean bootloader process that ensures the ECU accepts our data as factory-genuine. All diagnostic systems, component protection, and safety functions remain fully operational — the world's most advanced calibration deployment technology.
Rolling Anti-Lag (Stage 2)
Activated via the cruise control stalk, our Rolling Anti-Lag system keeps the turbo spooled during throttle lifts while driving. On re-application, boost is immediate — eliminating the turbo spool delay that creates hesitation in spirited driving.
Closed-Loop PID Boost Control
Our boost control uses high-frequency PID loops instead of simple duty-cycle maps. The turbo hits target and holds it flat regardless of altitude, air density, or ambient temperature.
Thermal Management
Our tunes monitor exhaust gas and oil temperatures at higher resolution than factory. If the system detects heat soak, timing is scaled back progressively in real-time to protect your hardware — clinical safety at the limit.
Stage 1 vs Stage 2
Stage 1 — No Hardware Changes
Pure software upgrade. Factory exhaust and intake retained. ECU/TCU handshake, PID boost control, thermal management, native OEM integration, and overrun crackles. Typical gains: 30-80 HP depending on platform.
Stage 2 — Downpipe + Cold Air Intake
Everything in Stage 1, plus higher boost targets, Rolling Anti-Lag (RALS), stationary launch control ALS, AMAX speed-shift mode, and increased TCU clamping pressure. Typical gains: 60-150 HP depending on platform.
